Mr. Pranav Kumar, Senior Partner

Mr. Pranav Kumar, Senior Partner is a Law and Commerce graduate and fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), New Delhi. He has also to his credit additional degrees of Masters Diploma in Business administration (Finance and Marketing) from SIMS, PUNE. He has been practicing as company secretary and corporate consultant since August 2000. He is also Qualified Insolvency Professional under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 with experience in Voluntary Liquidation, till date already handled multiple Voluntary Liquidation of Companies ranging from Government J.V to FDI funded organizations to other private organizations.

He founded the firm, "Pranav Kumar & Associates, Company Secretaries", at Patna, Bihar, in the year 2000 as a proprietorship concern. Mr. Kumar expanded the horizon of his activities in NCR by opening an Office at Noida and in year 2006 under the regulations of ICSI it was converted in to Partnership firm and since then has been serving clients in the matter of company law, FEMA, Legal compliance, project funding, society and trust laws and Management Consultancy.

Ms. Arpita Saxena

Ms. Arpita Saxena, Partner is a law graduate and Company Secretary with postgraduate in Financial Management from department of Commerce, Barkatullah University, Bhopal. She joined Pranav Kumar & Associates in the year 2008 and acquired partner status in the year 2014. She has more than Fourteen years of experience in Corporate Secretarial Matters, Due Diligence, FEMA compliance, corporate advisory, client relationship and liaising with various regulatory authorities. She has profound knowledge of Secretarial Practice including carrying out Secretarial Audit of Listed and Unlisted Companies. She has been the lead secretarial auditor for various secretarial audits conducted by Pranav Kumar & Associates. She has handled assignments of making compliance mechanism for big corporates such as NSDC, OPAL etc. She has got remarkable exposure and experience of setting up foreign subsidiaries, handling international clients and serving them in Indian Corporate Compliance Matters.


CS Kalpa Gupta

CS Kalpa Gupta is an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), New Delhi. She has experience of more than five years. She specializes in Compliance with Company law and MCA21 e-filing and Labour laws.


CS Nageeta Chander

CS Nageeta Chander is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), New Delhi with an experience of Six years. She has expertise in handling regular day-to-day compliances of the Companies, handling international clients and managing them to run their business smoothly through advisory.


Mr. Prashant Kumar

Mr. Prashant Kumar (LLB & B. Com) is having experience of Nine years. He isassociated with us as Corporate Consultant handling Company Law matters mainly covering ROC & MCA approval services and e-filing.


Mr. Praveer Kumar

Mr. Praveer Kumar is a commerce graduate with LLB. He has been practically handling accounting, audit, taxation and corporate law matters since 8 Years. He is practicing as an advocate at Patna High Court. He also has a diploma in banking finance and intermediate Chartered Accountant.

Ms Aarti Rohatgi is a post graduate and Associate member of institute of company secretaries of India (New Delhi) she is having experience than 12 years in corporate governance She has been through various sectors like listed companies, banking sector, law firm etc . She is handling secretarial audit and various other compliances of listed companies, present before various statutory authorities like registrar of trademark, registrar of companies, directorate general of foreign trade. Advocate Ankita Pandey (Trademark Expert)

Ankita Pandey has done he B.Com and LL.B. Earlier, she worked at the Trademark Registry in Delhi as a Trademark Examiner, and currently working with Alacrity Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. she's passionate about intellectual property rights and known for her detail-oriented and analytical approach, which helps her handle trademark and legal matters effectively.


Aditya Upadhyay (Executive Finance)

Mr. Aditya Upadhyay is a seasoned finance professional with a strong academic foundation, holding a B.Sc. in Physics and an MBA in Finance from Jaypee Business School. He brings deep expertise in financial modelling and valuation, corporate finance, and startup funding, and has further distinguished himself in M&A Advisory with sound command over deal structuring, due diligence, and transaction advisory.


Divya Singh (Associate Member)

Ms. Divya Singh is a qualified Company Secretary and proprietor of a professional consultancy firm with over eleven years of post-qualification experience in corporate law and secretarial practice. During his postings in Govt. of NCT of Delhi he served as SDM/ADM/DM/DC in revenue Department, Joint Director Industries-GM (DSIIDC), Director (Consumer Affairs) ,Addl. Director Vigilance (DWS&SDU now Delhi Jal Board) Dy. Commissioner (MCD), Addl. Secretary in the departments of PWD, NCR Planning Board, Urban Development, Secretary cum Commissioner Labour, Secretary Agriculture cum Vice Chairman (DAMB), Secretary Delhi Minority Commission, Managing Director (Delhi Tourism) and Secretary of Art, Culture and Languages. In Govt. of India he served as Director, Ministry of HRD. In Govt./UT of Puducherry, he served as Secretary of about 14 Departments in Govt. of Puducherry including Environment, Transport, Industries, Agriculture, Science & Technology, Urban Development, Town & Country Planning. He got banking experience by virtue of working as Additional Administrator of Delhi State Cooperative Bank for about 2 years and Administrator of Delhi State Nagrik Cooperative Bank for about 8 months during the most of difficult period of de-monetization.

He is an experienced Arbitrator having worked in the office of Registrar of Cooperative Societies and empaneled Arbitrator of Delhi Jal Board.

Com (Hons)] from Sambalpur University, Odisha passed in the year 1989 and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has more than 25 years of post-qualification experience as Company Secretary in Corporate Laws, FEMA and SEBI

He Possess all-round experience of working with Group of Companies, Including foreign subsidiaries, Banking Company regulated by RBI, Mutual Fund entities regulated by SEBI and Listed Company governed by SEBI Regulations and Stock Exchange Compliances. He possesses adequate knowledge to facilitate delivery of Merchant Banking and Corporate law Advisory & Consultancy Services
